At Art by Puja Jaiswal, every artwork is handcrafted with immense care, precision, and personalization. Due to the custom nature of our products and workshops, we have specific policies in place regarding cancellations and refunds.
Once an order is confirmed—whether for a customized painting, workshop registration, or product purchase—it cannot be cancelled. Each piece begins its production process or workshop seat is reserved specifically for you. We request you to place an order only after careful consideration.
Custom Paintings & Products: No refunds will be issued once an order is placed. Every artwork is made-to-order, tailored to individual preferences, and hence non-refundable.
Workshops: All workshop bookings (both online and offline) are non-refundable. In case you are unable to attend, you may request a one-time reschedule based on availability.
We take utmost care in packaging your artwork. However, if you receive a damaged product due to transit, please share unboxing images or videos within 24 hours of delivery. After review, we may offer a suitable replacement.
